Bondaweb Vliesofix Fusible Webbing for Appliqué

This is a great tool for personalising your craft projects. You can add beautiful applique details, patches, or initials.

The possibilities are endless as you can trace designs through the webbing.

Each piece comes with instructions.

Pieces larger than A5 will arrive folded. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like us to post your fusible webbing rolled rather than folded.

When ordering if you choose 1m and select more than 1 then it will be supplied as a continuous length.

With adhesive on both sides; for appliques, mending, and handicrafts. For all fabrics, felt, raffia, cardboard, wood and also leather at low temperatures.

Machine washable at 60°C, dry cleanable. Certified OEKO-TEX 100 Class 1

1. Draw or trace the motif back-to-front on the paper side of Bondaweb and cut it out roughly, leaving a border around your drawn lines.

2. Lay the Bondaweb with the rough (adhesive) side on the reverse (wrong side) side of the fabric and iron on for around 5–10 seconds. (Use a pressing cloth to protect your iron)

3. Cut out the motif precisely and pull off the backing paper.

4. Then place it in the desired spot on another piece of fabric with the coated side facing down. Cover with a damp cloth and iron for 10 seconds section by section. 5. Sew on the appliqué with a zigzag stitch, using a piece of Stitch-n-Tear as backing if necessary.
